SIIA P. 3 18.-An act for the benefit of Henry 'pcce and John I.
linna.
Src. I. Bc it enacted !by the General q~ernbly of the
Cool lonzrcmlth of Kentucky, That it shall be the duty
of the trustees of the town of Frankfort, to pay over
to Henry Spence the sum of one hundred and seven
dollars, in the paper of the Bank of the Common-
wealth; that being the amount which is justly due
him, for work done and performed on the church
which was consumed by fire, while in the occupancy
of the House of Representatives, at the last session
of the General Assembly; payable out of any portion
of the money heretofore appropriated by the Legis-
lature to the pewholders of that church.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That the said trustees
shall be, and they are hereby authorized and direct-
ed to pay to John H. Hanna the sum of two hundred
dollars, out of the fund before mentioned, for money
paid out and expended by him, on account of said
church, and for two stoves destro)d in said church.

SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the General .,ssembly of th,'
Comrmoatwrcath of Kentuckg, That Frank Iog, of the
Frovi~inn in county of lenderson, a free man of color, shall be free
favor of   and exempt from the pains and penalties of an act,
Frank Hog, a entitled, an act to prevent the migration of free ne-
free man of groes and mulattos to this state, approved February
the 23rd, 1 008.
SEc. 2. Be it fArther cnacted, That the said Frank
