CHAP. 98.,An act to authorize the insertion of advertisements in
the Augusta Herald, and for other purposes.
Svc. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the
Commonwealth of Kentucky, That it shall be lawful
to insert and publish in the Augusta Herald, print-
ed in th6 town of Augusta, in the county of Bracken, Avcrtic-
any advertisements and publications which are an- mcnts may be
thorized to be published in any newspaper in this pIubihed in
State, except such advertisements as are required by Ileral t i
law to be published in the paper of the Public Print-
er; and the editors of said paper shall be governed
by the same rules, and entitled to the same fees, as
other printers in this Commonwealth.

Assembly, that it would be to the in-erest of the in-
fant heirs of Robert K. Duvall, deceased, to sell cer-
tain negroes in which they are interested, owing to
the ungovernable tempers and bad dispositions of said
negroes: Therefore,
SEC. I. Be it enacted bo the General Assembly of the
