(Jn,.r. 1,5.-An act to allow  all additional justice of the peace to
tile counties of Case., Hopkins anid flickman.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Jsembl! of
he Commonwealth of kentucky, That there shall he
one additional justice of the peace. in and for the
county of Casey, to reside oil the little south fork
or the Rolling fork. Also, one additional justice of
the peace to the county ot' Hopkins, aiho shall re-
side within two miles of the wildow Bailey's, on Ihe
road leadin.; from Madisonville to Hi ghlarid lick.
Also, one justice of the peace For Hickman' county,
to reside in that part of said coutinty known by the
name of the Madrid bend.

who receive them are required to enter into similar
covenants respecting their treatment, education,
&c. : Wherefore.
SEc. 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly qf
the Commouwealth of hkentucky, That the justices of Jitmtiees, &c tb
