Be it enacted by the General Jsembl! of he Commonwealth of kentucky, That there shall he one additional justice of the peace. in and for the county of Casey, to reside oil the little south fork or the Rolling fork. Also, one additional justice of the peace to the county ot' Hopkins, aiho shall re- side within two miles of the wildow Bailey's, on Ihe road leadin.; from Madisonville to Hi ghlarid lick.
