Cnar. 6.-An act concerning the town of Hendersn.
SEe. L, Be it enacted by. the General .As sembly
,of the Coinonwealth of Aentncky, That front and
after the passage of this act, all that tract or parcel
of ground, lying and being within the filowing Theoundk-
boundaries, to wit : Beginning at the end next to riesof the
the river, of tipper cross street, winch divides the town desil
ten acre lots, from the one icre lots, as the said town nated.

SEc. 2. Be it futrther enacted, That the trustees
of said town, shall have the power to levy any a-,
mount of taxes on said town, not exceeding two
liutadred and fifty dollars ; and they shall annualy, The trustees
during the months of May or June, appoint a town of the town
assessor, and make him such compensation as they authorized to
may think proper for his services ; whose duty it tad col.
