WHEREAS the counties of Bullitt and Hardin
were, belore the passage or said act, eutitled to (me Pmceamble.

Pe it enacted by the General lsscmbly of the Com-
 montvealth of ['entcky, That the following sums
he paid out of any money in the Treasury not other-
wise appropriated, to-wit :
To the Speakers ortlm Senate and Iouse of Re- Allowance to
