WIEREAS, it is represented to the present  flesita
General Assembly, that Benjamin True, of the
county of Mason, died seized and possessed or
one hundred anl eleven acres of land, lying in
said county, and also of some slaves, and judg-
ment having been obtained against the repre-
setatives of time said True, (or about one thou-
svud dollars, Which, including  interest and
costs, amounts at present to thirteen hundred
dollars and upwards ; aid whereas it is repre-
sented that it would lie beneficial to the widow
