hereby authoriscd and cmpowered to sell and
convey the interest, right and title to the resi-
dte of the lots in the town of Covington, of
which their said ancestor died seized or possess-
ed, for the Irposc of setfling and closing the
c(rcerns of said estate, and the conveyance
made by said heirs and representatives of said
Richard At. Gano, signed by them and their
guardians and husbands, and authenticatcd ac-
cording to the law regulating conveyances and
prescribing the mode in which married womcn
may relinquish their claims iii land, shall vest
in the purchaser or purchasers of such lots or
any part of them, a complete title in fee simple.

bell 140 acres of land.

Be it enacted by tihe General Assembly of the
Comnmonr ealth of Centucky, That the trustees
of tho Kentucky Seminary, are hereby author-
ised and empowered to sell and convey to Wiley
Campbell, one hundred and forty acres of land
claimed by the trustees, as belougi.ig to said
institution, on which said Camplbell now resides,
any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
