WHEREAS it is represented to this general Recital.
assembly, that Stephen Rossel, late of the county
of Scott, died intestate, leaving a small tract of
land, not exceeding thirty acres, lying in the
said county, and one negro ; and that it would
le greatly to the advantage of tile heirs of the
said Rosse!. that the said property should be sold,
and tile prucieds thereof appropriated to their
