YVIIEREAIS it is represented to the present
general nassih]v, that Jincy Dodds, of Living.
Eocital.    ston Cow'nty. is extremely poor, has a family to
support, is a cripple and unable to pay the bal-
ance or the state price on £o) acre, of poor land
i hich she has had surveyed, registered and paid
sever al insla'nciits theicon. and the legislaturo
fceling '%illingto alleviate the wants of the poor:
Therefore,
Sec. 1. Bc iI enacled by the General .qsveinbl
of the CLmnionwcalth of kentwicky, That the hal-
ance of the state price on 200 acres of land, on
certilicate No. 1,   ra3, .inted by the Livinfs)a
]Donation of
land.       Courldy croo1't. be, naid the same s hereby remit-
ted tothe said Jincy Dodds, and the register of
the land ol.ice be, and he is hereby required to
issue to he. a granit therefor, agreeably to a plat
made out arid registered : Procided however,
Proviso.   that nothi:ngl hereins contained, shall give her any
advantage over any othcr patents previously is-
sued.

ceased, o ho departed this life in the county of
Washington in this commonwealth, being an a-
lien and intestate and without issue, shall be
Estate of an a- entitled to all the real estate and negroes oi
lien ytst~d in 1 hich tile said Benjamin died, seized, possessed
her.        of, o entitled to, in the said commonmealth, in
the same way, and with the same effect, as if tht
sai, real estate and siegroes had been by Ilie last
