A ACT conwcrning tihe Estill Academy.
Approved February 9, 1819.
Sc. 1. BE it enacted by the Generad ./8ss, 1bli
hf th Comnmowealth of lent, cky, Tlt ti Eslil
county court shall from timo to timie appoint five
trustees of thi Estill academy; and said trustees,
so to he appoilited by said court, anl the pro,'ent
truastees, the said court shall remove front office.
wheCnever, to said court it shall seem  propen:
.Prorided, however, tlat a majoritY of all the meme-
bers c0n1mposing said court, shal! concur in said-
choice or removal.
Sec. 2. Bt. it farther enacted, That the persons
so appointod, sall, before entering upon the du-
tics of their said office, tako an oath, before the
clerk of said court, faithfully toi dischnarge the
duties of saild ollice.
Sec. S. Be itfr'ther enacted, That the trustees
ofsaid academy shall immediately collect all the
debts due to said institutionn, by suit, if necessanry;
and eaid trustees shall, wihem called on by said
Court, render a just anid true account of their act.

indebted, at the time of his death, iln divers sumts
o t oney, which it becomes immediately necessa-
ry to py amd discharge, and which can in no
