Assembly, that Janies Willialns of Wayll county,

and it furtier alearing that the said James Wil,

ctrtificate froln Wayne county, inumber six hundred
ahd tighteen, entered in the naae of James Reedi
for onc hundred and filfy-six acres of land# and the
said Williams is ni).w residing on said land, and
that he is unable to pay tile state price on said
land, without greatly distressing himself :
