AN ACT
'To repeal the provisionary cla(use. qf the act establiih-
ing the cotnty  ojilarison.
Passed 4th Fubruary, x809.
B 1. Be it enacted by the gcneral assembly, and it
is hereby enacted, that so much of an act fbr dividing
tce county of Bourbon, which was approved on the
twrcntv-first day of l)eceibero one thousand seVan
hundred and ninety three, which provides that the'
said coiunty of Bourbon shahl remain nineteen miles
wide il the narrowcst part, shall be and the same i4
herJb\ repealed.
'This act shall commence and he in force from and
after its passage.
CHAP. L.
AN ACT
-For the letter regi(~ltion of the Tovtn of Danville.
Approved February 8, 1809.
Whereas it is represented to the present general
asseinblv, that the several acts heretofbre passed con-
cerning the town of 1)anville, in the county of Mercer,
.have been found ineffectual for the regulation of said
town ; therefore,
§ 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, that
Trustees ap- John Rochester, James Birney, Joshua Barbee, Rich-
po;°inted.  ard Davenport, Jeremiah Clemons, Jeremiah Fisher,
Ephraim M'Dowell, Daniel M'llvoy     and Dennis'
Brashear, gentlemen, are hereby appointed trustees
of said town of Danville, to continue in office until
the first election of trustees, hereafter provided for,
by this act. The saidtrustees hereby appointed, shall
before they proceed to act as such, ,severally take an
oath to be administered by any justice of thie peace,
faithfully to discliarge the dutie5 of such office, with-
