c6unty of Livingston shall meet at the court-house ii
the town of Centerville, on the third Monday in April,
nd a majority of said justices being present, they
shall then proceed to fix the permanent- seat of jus-
tice for said county of Livingston, in the most suit-
able and convenient place, paying a just regard to the
contre of said county, and said county court for said
county, shall thereupon adjourn to said phlce, so soon
.w accommodations can be had, then and there fixed
Upon as aforesaid, for the seat of justice for said
county, and shall certify the samie to the circuit court
of said county ; ahd the county courts, called courts
and circuit courts for said county', shall thenceforth
hold their sessions at Said place fixed upon as afore-
said, and said )IaLe o lixed upon as aforesaid, shall
to all intents and purposes, be the permanent seat of
justice for said county.
This act shall be in force from and after the third
iINonday in April next.

AN ACT

TInbi1tants it § 1. Be it enacted by the general assembly, that
