pay the saie, the county court of Mercer is here.
by authorised' to give judgment on motion in
the name of.:,the said tru-tees against said delin-
quent, for all sums in his hands and unappropri.
ated: Provided such clerk shall have ten days
previous notice in writing, of such motion.
This a& shall commence and be in force from
and after its passage.
AN4 ACT
8upplefientary to an a8 entitled an act tonaerning
the town of Danvlie.
Approved Deccnbtr 27, 1806.
Sec. z -LIE it enacted by the general assembly,
that if it shall happen that the first eleaion, of
trustees of said town of Danville, shall not be
holden on the second Monday in February next,
as the said recited a&f requires, it shall and may
be lawful to hold the same in like manner,' at
the same place, and with- the sarhe eflle', on the
irst Mofiday in April next.
Sec. 7,. Be itfurther enaded, Ihat all acts or
parts of a~ts concerning the regulation of thd
town of Danville, passed previously to the above
recited aft, shall b ; and the same are hereby re.
pealed.  j
This act shall be in force from its passage.
