P.,,'i.   WHEREAS it is represented     to the present
general assembly, that Abraham Bonta, late of
the county of Mercer, departed this life intestate
leaving a tra& of land, containing four hundred'
acres, lying in Mercer county, upon which he resi.
ded at the tine of his death, also three slaves, one
by the name of Dinah, one named Sam, and thel
other named Jack ; and nine children, his heirs
at law; and it beingthewish of those childrenthrcq
of whom are yet minors, and signify their wish
by their ,nardian to dispose of the said -land & ne-
groes ; & it being als,, stated that fromthe situation
of said land that it cannot be rented to any  ad.
vantage, or divided and subdivided amongst the
said, heirs, and that a sale thereof would be more
beneficial to said heirs than to suffer it to Nn  .
