WHEREAS it is reprefented to this ge.- P,,,bl,. neral aflembly, thiat the trullees of the town of Cynthianna, nominated by the a~t of aflem bly eftablifhing faid town, have chofen others,-& the records of thole appointments have been loft ; and the proceedings under all tubfequent truflees have thereby become uncertain, owing to the lot's of the records: for remedy whereof, § I. Be it enacled by the general afembly, ALa, of truf. that all the adis of thole perions who have slegalied filled the office of trufiees fince the refigmna- tion of the original trufltees are hereby le- galized, as far as thoy have a6ted under, and agreeable to the power of the original truflees. § 2.
