January, April, July, and. September, and the court of Ap-
peals fhall hold an additional feffion to commence on the-
firfti Monday in. Auguft annually, tO continue the fame num-
ber of days as are now direded by law in their ifated feflions,.
and no tax flhall be demanded for the affixing the feal of
this State to any commiffions or grants, and the Secretary
fliall demand and receive the tax of fix fliflings for affixing
the faid feal to all records or other writing not herein- ex-
cepted, which may. be authenticated to be carried out of
this State, and flhall be accountable therefor in the fame
manner as clerks of courts are for taxes on law procefs.
Sec. 5. This ac fliall commence and be in force froin

Sec. i. )E It enaLed by the General Affbnblyj That all perk
JD  fons recovering any debt, damage or coils by
the judgment of any court of record within this Common-
Wealth,'may at their ele~ion profecute writs of Fieri Faci-
as, Elegit and Capias AdfatisfaclendUiirn  within the year for
the taking the goods, lands or body of the perfon or per.
fons againit whom fuch judgnient is obtained, in manner
following ; all fuch writs Ihall rtul in the name of the Com-
'monwealth, and bear 'teft by the clet-ks of the faid courts
-efpeccively, and hall be returiable to any of the rule days
of the faid court'fo that there be always at leafL thirty, and not
more than ninety 'days between the tefi and return of each
of the faid 'writs: provided that executions may be iffued from
the court of Appeals returnable in the manner direded by
the a6L entitled  An aft eftabli~fling the cobrt Of Appeals:
all fuch writs fhall be in the form heretofore ufedi and flhall be
executed by the Iheriff or other officer to whom the fame
tiall be direaed and Ihall bd retutirned accordipvo to the form
'heretofore direfted by law, When any writ of execution
fimAll iffue, and the party at whof 'fuit the fame, is iffued fhall
afterwards defire to take Out another writ -of execution at
,his own proper coils and charges, the clerk may iffue the

upon a Capias Adfatisfaciendum the fheriff-Ithall returrn that
the defendant is 'not found, the clerk may iffueo:_ .Fieri Fa-
cias ; and if upon a Fieri Facias he fhall return that, the par-
ty hath no goods, or that only part of the debt is levied, in
fuch cafe it fhall be lawful to iffue a Capias. Adfatistacien-
