Sec. II. And it is /hrther Cenctd, That if the said junctionconecuing track sahil be constructed by the Central Hailroad and Banking t of 'tile lLot,l on Company of Georgia, then the same shall be part and parcel of therucu it. Central Railroad, to all intents and purposes whatsoever; and if the same be constructed by the Savannah, Albany and Gulf Railroad Company, then it shall be part and paircel of the said Savannah, Albany and Ouf Railroad, to all intents and purposes whatsoever.
