Section 27. Mayor of the City of Darien shall be e1ected by the people.

An Act to amend the Charter of the city of Darien * Georgia, sq far as
the election of Mayor is concerned.
27. Be it enazcted, 4'c., That from and after the passage of this bill
.at  o hthe Mayor of the city of Darien, shall be elected by              the votes of
edbyt peo. ,he people of saiq1 city in like manner as the Board of Aldellmen,
any law, usage, or custom to the contrary notwithstandidig.                 ,
