Intendant and commissioners may impose fine not exceeding $?5,and imprison in the county jail not longer than 10 days, for violation of ordinances, or breaches of the Peace. 8. In case of failure to pay any fine tihe Clerk is to issue execution, signed by Cleric to bear test in the name of the Intendant, &c. 9 Noi person to sell spirituous liquors in less quantities than 1 Gallon unless by permission of Intendant and Comnnissioners, &e. Sac. 10. Intendant and commissioners to appoint patrol, to hold meeting, to tax shows. 11. Intendant and commissiones to punish the sale of liquors to mi. lnrs by fine not exceeding $100, to slaves and free persons of color by fine, not exceeding $100, &e. 12. The General AssemblU of the State of Gcorgia do enact, That from and after the passago of' this act, the corporate limits ct1 xtna-of the town of Hamilton, Harris county, shall be and are hercby ed extended to one mile in every direction from the Court House in said town, and the jurisdiction of the corporate authorities of said town is hereby extended to said territory added to the corporate limits of said town, and that the residence of M.
