SEc. I. The General Assembly oj'Georgia do enact, That the list for the registration of voters shall be kept open until the first Monday nsmgtimou in April, at two o'clock of said day, P. M., instead of the fourthi'ndl ni'n Monday in March, as now required; and all persons shall be euti- tled to register, who, under thc laws of this State and said city,whom, would be entitled to a vote on the second Monday in April, it beingr' the election day. . 2. SEC. II. And be it farther enacted, That so much of said act or the thirteenth section thereof, as requires the producing of a certi-, at ficates of registry at the time of voting be, and the same is hereby zyi repealed; and also that portion of the oath, requiring a voter toom . t swear as to his certificate of registry being delivered in person, befin delivered and the same is hereby repealed, to conform to the same; and that'r,= ,o the Clerk shall receive the same fee fqr registering as formerly, Ncr. SEc. IV.
