An.d ct to extend the corporate limits of the town of Iaritwell, in
Hart county.
101. Sec. I. The General Issembly of the State of Georgia do c0raLe
enact as follows: That the corporate limits of the town of Hart-tended
well, in Hart county, are hereby extended to the distance of half a
mile from the public square of said town in every direction; andondml..
all valid laws and ordinances already made by the lawful authori-
ties of said town, are hereby extended and made valid and bind-
ing over said distance of half a mile.

An Act to incorporate the Town of Taresboro, and provide for
the government of the same.
102. Section. I. Be it enacted, That on the first Saturday in
March, 1859, and on the first Saturday in January, in each and ,IwaIeor
every year thereafter, the inhabitants of the town of Waresboro,countedn.
who are entitled to vote for members of the General Assembly of
this State, who have resided for three months immediately preced-
ing the election within the corporate limits of said town, unless cnalntae-
absent therefrom on lawful business, and who have paid all lawful',lt
County and State taxes imposed, as well as all Town taxes hereaf-
ter legally imposed, and which they have had an opportunity of tcma
paying, shall elect by ballot, five members of Council, of individu- iino-e.

shall take and subscribe the following oath, before some lawful
