Be it enacted by the General Assembly of this Act of FelL State, that the Act mentioned in the above caption, be, and thetoparoas. same is hereby repealed, so far as relates to the counties of Walton,to eertain Montgomery and Bryan. 4. Sec. II. (Repeals conflicting laws.) Assented to December 21st, 1857. (No. 283.) *In ct to repeal an .&t, approved February 20th, 1854, entitled an Adct to amend the Patrol Laws of this State, so /ar as relates to the county of Ware. 5. Section. I. Be it enacted, That fr-tm and after the passage ofAct of Pelt this Act, an Act, approved February 20th, 1854,* entitled an Act, rep'aleda to amend the Patrol Laws of this State, be, and the same is hereby towace repealed, so far as relates to the county of Ware. 6.
