A Joint Resolution of the Senate and House of Representatives,
authorizing and requiring the Governor to purchase a number of
Cobb's Analysis and Forms, under certain restrictions.
WmEEAs, The whole number of the copies of Cobb's Analysis
and Forms, subscribed for by the State, have been by distribution
exhausted, and that there is now a demand for said books, conse-
quent upon the formation of now Militia Districts, and the crea-
tion of new Counties.
Be it therefore Resolved, by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives, That his Excellency the Governor be and lie is hereby nov.to iuy
authorized and required to purchase a number of said books, not to tol.
exceeding two hundred copies, at a price not exceeding five dollars y'**
per copy, and that in case said purchase can be made, payment
therefor shall be provided for in the appropriation bill.
