Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep- resentatives of the State of Georgia in General AssemblI met, andpatrets. it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That it shall be s I. the duty of the Justices of the Infrior Courts of the several coun-C,\c.Pp',,at ties in this State, at the first term of said Courts, after the passagethree ptrol of this Act, and annually at the first term of said Conrts in ever ersror each year, to appoint three proper and suitable persons in each militia iuna Dist. district of their respective counties, who shall be known and dc-Clerks ofI. signated as patrol conimissioners, whose duty shall be as herein.Court to no. 2 ify, Said atter apecified.
