Approved, Fcbruarj 23, 1850. AN ACT to regulate the fees of Attorneys and Solicitors General, and other purposes therein specified. SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre- sentatives of the State of Georgia in General Assembly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, From and after the passage of this act, that out of any monies aris- ing from fines imposed, inflicted or collected on forfeited re- cognizances in the Superior Courts of this State, or for vio- lation, of the penal laws thercof, the Attorney or Solicitor General bringing the money into Court, shall be entitled to have his insolvent list for costs first paid, then the orders of former Soliditois to be paid according to priority of claim. SECTIoN 2. And be it enacted by the authority aforesaid, That all laws and parts of laws militating against this act be dnd the same are hereby repealed. Ahrbvpd, December 20, 1849.
