That His Excellency the Governor be, and he is hereby author-
ized to draw his warrant in favor of John R. Cotting, Military
Stor Kooper at Milledgeville, for one hundred and lilty dollars,
as an allowance for the salary of said Cotting, for the year
eighteen hundred and forty-five, which warrant shall be drawn
on the appropriate fund.
Sic. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority afore-
said, That nothing contained in the appropriation act of eight-
cen hundred and forty-three, shall be so construed as to deteat
the payment of the amount hereby allowed said Military Store
Keeper. Approved, December 26th, 1845.
AN ACT for the relief of Robert P. Dickerson, of the county
of Elbert.
Wut[ERAS a judgment has been obtained against Robert P.
Dickerson, at the last term of the Inferior Court of the coun-
ty of Elbert, in favor of' the Central Bank of the State of
Georgia, and it appearing, from the almost entire failure of
his crop, and his other pecuniary circumstances, that lie is
not able to pay oil' the demand without sustaining great em-
barrassment, for remedy whereof-
SEcrIoN 1. Bc it enacted by the Se)ate and House of Rep-
resentatircs of the atle of Georgia,in General Assemhly nel,
and it i.s hereby enacted by the autority of the same, That
Robert P. Dickerson, of the county of' Elhert, be granted the
term of two years from the first of November, eighteen huid-
red and forty-five, to liquidate the demands set forth in the pro-
onible, by his paying one half of' the debt by the first of No-
vember, eighteen hundred and iarty-six, the other half twelve
months thereafter. Provided, That the said Robert P. Dicker-
son shall secure time debt to the satisfation of tile Director of'
the Central Bank.
Sc. 2. And be it further enacted by the authority aforc-
waid, That all laws and parts of laws militatiig against this aet,
a11 hereby repealed.
