AN ACT to authorize all field officers and commanding officers of companies, in the county of Harris, to siton regimental and battalion courts of Inquiry, in said county. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in General Asseinbly met, and it is hereby enacted by the authority of the same, That from and after the passage of this act, it shall be lawful for all field officers and commanding officers of companies, in the county of.Harris, to sit on all regimental and battalion courts of inquiry, which may be held in said county, any law or usage to the contrary notwithstanding.
