Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Georgia, in general assembly met, That from and after the passage and promulgation of this act, no person or persons whatsoever, by themselves, their servants or agents, shall be permitted to draw any seine on tle Ocinulgee river, of Georgia, at any time, between the hours of twelve int the forenoon of Saturday, an( the hour of twelve in the fore- noon of Monday : nor shall they be permitted to keep any sein within the Itour aforesaid, stationary or by any po- Sition or fixture whatever, tm the said river. so as to entelh RIVERS. 15-1
