hereby repealed ; and that there shall be, hereafter, he following terms
of the said Court in each year, t wvb :-ion the third Monday in Octo-
ber, on the second Moniay in Decembr, on the fourth nonday in
Janunary, on the second Monday in Marcl, on tlie fourth Monday in
April, on the second Monday in June, and on the second Monday ila

have bewn heretofore hehd, and which, after the iassing of his act, shail
