(4. And be itfurther enacted,. That so much of an
act, passed'on the twelfth (lay of December eighteen hun-
dred and sixteen, entitled an act, to incorporate the town
of Darien, and all other acts and parts of acts militating
against the provisions of this act, be and the same are
hereby repealed.
