da; And whereas, The said Donald Cameron brought suits
afbresaid and said defiulters were excused from attending said
musters by rendering excuses of sickness, some were discharged
by physician's certificate and not beinq able to pertbrm militia
duty, some were dismissed by the sheiifl* noti'ing said Cam-
cron, of some having paid their fine bills exempting them by
law ; therefore-

paid. authorized to audit and allow to the said Cameron the anount

shall satisfy the said Comptroller that he did pcrfbrn said ser-
vice, and that the Paymaster General be authorized to pay the
same out of the military fund.
