AN ACT to repeal in part the 2.1th section of the act entitled an act 1 pro-
vide for and encourago a liberal system of Internal Inprovements in this
State, approved January 0, 1855.
SECTION 1. Be it enaete(l    y Me Snale and .[loqse of
Rep'esentatives of tMe State of ]lor/la in, GCeneirl .Assmi-
bb/ eonvened, That so much of the 24th section of the act to
which this is an atendinctit as provides that no branch road it epeni.
shall be made fi'on the main line or railroad to the iNorth-
ern boundary line of this State to a point, West of the
lapaha river, without the consent of all the companies own-
ing the main. line of road between the waters of Escairbia
ay and the Florida Railroad, and without the approval of
the Trustees of the Internal Improvement Futnd, be and the
same is hereby repealed.
Passed the Seante December 17, 1859. Passed the House of lRepresenta-
tives December 22, 1839. Approved by the Governor December 21, 1851.

ment, and, on conviction, shall be punished by a line not
exceeding one hundred dollars, at the discertion of the
Court.
