AN ACT to amend an Act to incorprato the town of Milton, in Santa Rosa
county, approved 23rd Febrv-Try, 1844.
SlICTION 1. Be it enacted by the enate and House of Represen.
tatives of the State of Florida in General Assemldby con veneId, That
Limits. all free white inhabiiants of the age of twenty.one years and over
residig within the following limits, that is to say,' conmmencing at
the Northwest corner sif section 34 of township 2, North of range
28 West, runnirig thence South along the section line dividing
sections 83 and 34 of said township to its intersection with
South boundary of said townsrip; thence South aloig the see-
tion line diviling 3 and 4 and .) and 10 of township I to Pond
Creek down to its junction with lark Water river; thence a duo
East course, crossing Bllack Water river, to a point 5 chains East
on a line from the left hank of' said river; Ihence, following the mue-
andering of said river, by courses parallel to and at a distance of (5)
five chains from said left bank, northerly to an intersection of the
township line dividing townships (1) oe and (2) two of range 28,
North and WeVst; thenco West along said line to an intersection
with the section line dividing sections 34 and 35 of township (2) two
