WH.ErEAs, The Sitminolo Indians did, on or about the year 1830, cap. Preamble,

the name of Tony, known by the Agent and other persons that
have Seen him, to be the property of Bennett M. Dell, of Alaehua
County ; And whereas the said Agent did, during the year 1854,
take and hold said negro Tony, as a hostage for two Georgia no-
