AN ACT to repeal An Act entitled An Act in relation to a Road Tax in the
Counties of Santa Rosa and Escambia, as far as it relates to the County of
Banta Rosa.
SrCTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen.

same is hereby repealed, so far as it relates to the County of Santa
Rosa.

AN ACT explanatory of the several Acts in relation to tho migration of Negroes
and Free Persons of Color into Key West.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by th Senate and House of Rcpresen-

may remain on from and after the passage of this Act, all vessels arriving in the Port
board vessels of Key West, in distress, or a disabled condition, with Free Negro
or on wharf.  Crews, the same may remain on board of such vessel or on the Wharf
to which said vessel is lying, -without being arrested and confined in
