SEcTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen.
tatives of the State of Florida in General Assembly convened, That
Taxi refund- the sum of one hundred and eighty-two dollars and eighty-fivo cents
ed.         be refunded (o the heirs of J. Underwood, the same being the amount
of taxes paid for several years inclusive up to 1849, the said taxes
having been erroneously assessed, and under misapprehension paid
to the Tax Collector of Nassau County.

leased.     Jacob Bryan, late of Duval County, deceased, all the right, title and
interest of said State in and to the negro slaves of said Bryan here.
