AN ACT to regulate Patrols within this State.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen.
Who liable to tatives of the State of Florida in General Assembly convened, That
patrol duty. all persons subject to militia duty, shall b subject to do and perform
all patrol duty which shall or may be required by the commanding
officer of the company beat, or district in which the said persons
reside.
SEc. 2. Be it further enacted, That it shall be the duty of the
