AN ACT making appropriation for the payment of the Mileage and per Diem
of Francis J. Pellicer, a member of this present General Assembly.
SPCTION 1. Be it enacted by t1w Senale and House of Reyresenta.
tives of te State of Florida in General Assembly convened, That
the following sum shall be appropriated for the pay and mileage of
Francis J. Pellicer, to wit :-For 550 miles travel, $55 00; per diem,
29 days, $87 00-total, $142 60.
Sxc. 2. Be itffurther enacted, That the foregoing account be re.
ferred to the Comptroller of Public Accounts, to be audited by him,
who shall issue his warrant upon the Treasury.
