SECTiox 1t. &' it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Conned of lUh Tcrritory'f florida, That John A. Pringle, be mnd h6reby is authorized to efect a toll bridge across, the B~s. cainbiaRi ,r, opposite 'to his preseLnt place bf residence, fbr: and during the tern'of twenty years from the passage of this act. ' SECTION 2d, Be it fitklher enicted, That thl said JohnA, Pringle, his heiis and assignS, shall dt all times keep said bridge i good repair to cross loaded Waggons and teams, and lie or they shall receive such rates'0f toll as may be established front time to time, by the county Court 'of Escanibia county, and shall be subject to the orders of said Couit. SECTION 3d. Belfiirlher enacied, That if the said John A; Priugle shall fiuil to erect ihe said bridge and open i' road through the Swunmp on each side of said River, within two years friom and after the passage of this act, then the rights and privileges graiited by this act are, to be void. SECTION 4th. Be itfurlther eiiacted, That the said bridge .shall be so constructed as not'to obstruct the pILssage ofKeel boats and cotton flats in time of high 'water, and at least thirty feet between the arche .
