NO. 35.- An Act concerning Jurors in th Southern District. Be it enacted by the Gorernor and Legislatire Coln- cil oftire Territory of Flori,a, That from and after the passage of this act, it shall be lawful for the clerk of the Superior Court in Dade county, to issue his Jurors mayn be da. nii'e to the Marshal of said District, to summon any of likme Ji-n )ade or Monro to the legal jurors in the County of 111onroe. to attend as ottend in tho jurors in the iSuperior Court of Dade county ; and it sueiorCourt shall be lawful for theClerk of the Superior Court in sitting in oith. Monroe county to issue his venire to the Marshal of the said District to summon nny of the jurors in Dade county to attend as 'jurors in the Superior Court in Monroe county; and it shall be the duty of the jurors in the counties aforesaid to attend the several courts of the aforesaid counties, when summoned by the Mar- shal, under the authority aforesaid, and it shall be the Marshal's dutt. duty of the Marshal to summon the jurors from either of the counties, upon the receipt of the venire, from the Clerk of either of the aforesaid counties.
