AN ACT to cstablish a Superior Court in the County of Dade in the Southern District of florida. Sc. 1. Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coun- cil of the Territory of Florida, that the Judge of the Superior Court in the Southern District, shall hold a term of the Superior Court at Indian Key in the County of Dade, on the first Monday of December in each and every year, until further provision be made for holding two terms, and he slall appoint a clerk of said Court who shall keep his office at Indian Key aforesaid, until the County site be established after which he shall keep his of- fice there.
