Be it enacted by the Governor and Legislative Coun- Act of'32 . cil of the Territory of Florida, That the act entitled an act pealed, to provide for the collection of judgments against free negroes and other persons therein nai..ed, passed January 28th 1832, and approved February 4th, 1832, be and the same is hereby repealed.
