SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
tives, of the State of Delaware in General Assembly met, That the
annual meeting of the free white male inhabitants of Georoe-
rmeno
oing  town,2 Of the age of twenty-one years and upwards, for the
oo purpose of choosing commissioners, shall hereafter be held on
George- the third Saturday of March, which will be in the year of our
.Lord, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-three, and oi the
same day annually thereafter.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That the bounds and
limits of the said town of Georgetown shall extend to the
distance of one-half mile in every direction from the centre of
the public square in said town.

CHAPTER 305.
An Act in relation to free negroes and mulattoes,
'a free ne SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Re resenta-
*re mntives of the State of Delaoare in General Assembly met, r.hat no
free negro or free mulatto can gain a legal residence, and any
nt resident free negro or free mulatto who shall voluntarily leave
voiu~ntur1> the State for five days shall be deemed a non resident, unless
i=,f  such person be a mariner or waterman engaged in that occu-
e-nesi- pation and on board of some vessel belonging to a citizen of
- this State, or be absent as a wagoner in the actual employ-
ment of a citizen of this State.
Exceptions.
SECTION 2. Be it further enatted by the authority aforesaid, That
no free negro-or free mulatto shall hereafter come into this
State, unless it be temporarily as the servant of a non-resident
