Be it enaeted by the Senateand House of liepe- .entatites of the State of Delawtire, in UCneral Assembly wet, That the Act entitled An Aet to provide a Sinking Fund.for the payment of the City debt of Wilmington, be, and the same original At is' hereby aniended by adding and inserting after the Fourth amended.
