CHAPTER. XLVIII.
AN ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT to the act entit led An
act to amend the act entitled ' An act directing the ehoo8ing of
Commissioners to regulate and repair the Streets of Milford,
and for other purposes.'
SEcTIoN 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of .Repre-
sentatives if the State of Delaware, in General Assembly met,
'that the Town Commissioners shall have power, and it shall be
their duty to direct the town assessor in making his assessment
of property taxable within the town limits, to include therein all
dogs owned or kept within the said town, and the owner or keeper
of any dog or dogs so included within said assessment, shall bepowers of co,
liable to pay a yearly tax of one dollar for one dog. and three ' o . be
dollars for one bitch, and the additional sum of one dollar for taxed.
