are larger and more numerous than usual: Therefbre,

sundry other old and valuable manuscripts, on file in the Secreta-
ry's office and public library are in danger of being mutilated and  -
lost:
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State see, of State
of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That the Secretary of State to cause to
cause the said manuscripts to be arranged and bound in proper or-be arranged
'der, and that he also cause to be bound such other books in the certain books
-library, as he shall judge necessary to.be thus preserved.  and  manu.
