CHAPTER DXXXI.
AN ACT for the better regulation of the streets of Newark, and for
other purposes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Represen-
tatives ofthe State of Delaware, in General Assembly met, That here-
after the limits and boundaries of the town of Newark, shall be and Boundno
