rents. goods, or chattel or any property whatsoever,
which may be given, conveyed, or devised to them
and also to give, grant, let, sell or assign the same,
and to do all other matters touching the same, by the
name and title aforesaid; atd they shall have a com-
nvea seai; mon seal, miy site and be sued, plead and be im-

in all manner of actions, suits, Complaints, pleas,
causes, and iatiers whatioever, and of what nature
or kind soever.

they shall deem necessary and proper for the good
government of the societi.
