CHAPTER CCXLVIII. 1824, RESOLVED by the Senate and House of Rep. resentatives of the State of Delaware, in General ce an sat.Assembly met, That to complete a digest of the ue it) bc -laws of this State, it is expedient that the statutes, coming properly under the following general titles, to wit ; Crimes and Punishments-Elections- Fees- Fen ce-viewers-Justices of' the peace-Le- vy court, including all la 's relative to the duties of that court and to county rates and levies-Negroes and Mulattoes-the Poor- Koad h-and Servants and AippreitICes-should be revised, and that the principl's contained in these statutes should be embraced bN a general act relative to each title.
